Ukrainian research institute for non-destructive testing.

 Ukrainian research institute for non-destructive testing (UkrRINDT), founded in 2004, develops and creates instrumentation and integrates it in the operating manufacturing systems. The aim of these developments is to improve the industrial production quality, to optimize the cost, to confirm the reliability of industrial objects, systems, machines and instruments what is the prerequisite for their long-term and uninterrupted operation.

 UkrRINDT deals with the development of physical techniques of materials features determination, classification and detection of presence, location, size and type of defects in the material, techniques and technological instructions of ultrasonic and eddy current testing for various branches of industry.

 All developments are oriented at the needs of present-day market. Main activity areas are the following sectors of industry:

• - metal production and working (including pipe production);
• - transport (motor, rail, air and space);
• - design and creation of systems;
• - pipelines;
• - objects state inspection (acoustic emission).

 UkrRINDT cooperates with Fraunhofer institute of non-destructive testing techniques (Germany) and other enterprises in western market.
